Aris Mavroeidis is the director of company A. Mavroeidis & CO. The company was founded in 2004 and aimed to build and sell luxury homes at Kalavryta and Melissi. The apartment building of Lydia's Inn 1 &2 properties, is constructed in 2013 of our company and it was aour last construction project. After that our company decided to change direction and dedicated to tourism businesses and accommodation.
Lydia's Inn properties began its professional operations in 2021. In February 2024, we upgraded our services to our customers by building two state-of-the-art luxury pools in the outdoor area, Lydia's Inn 1 and Lydia's Inn 2. Our company wants to have high standards of services and in this direction, we want our clients as companions where their desires are our guide. Therefore, we consider your evaluation to be of outmost importance and thank you in advance for it.
Lydia's inn suites are self-contained apartments of 75 sq.m. and are located next to the beautiful town of Xylokastro in Corinth, with the famous Pefkias forest and at a distance of just 30m. from the seq. Beautiful, quiet area offering many opportunities for activities, tennis court, basketball court and countless hiking destinations either along the coast or in the beautiful surrounding mountains. It is directly connected to Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport of Athens 1 hour and 30 minutes by train and bus, alternatively via the new modern national highway Corinth-Patra. The famous Pefkias forest is 1.5 km away and starting from the area of Melissi, one can visit many beautiful places, such as Loutraki, Akrokorinthos, Lake Doxas, Goura, the beautiful villages of Trikala with the famous new ski center, ancient Olympia , beautiful Messinia, picturesque Nafplio (50 km) and dozens of other destinations that will satisfy even the most demanding traveler!

In 2024, there was a significant upgrade of the accommodation services provided, with the construction of two private swimming pools, 25 square meters each. With this upgrade, we are investing in the endless moments of pleasure that the liquid element offers to our guests, utilizing the latest technology in water purification, that of salt electrolysis which is the friendliest available today, in pool cleaning, for the human body .
